Our Approach to Eye Insurance
At Ryczek Eye Associates, we strive to help everyone get the eye care and optometry services they need by accepting a wide range of health insurance plans and payment methods.
To make your visit as smooth as possible, please note that our optometry office is a fee-for-service practice, which means that all services must be paid for in full at the time of your visit, including co-pays. Depending on your insurance provider, your out-of-pocket payment portion will vary, so please be sure to find out if your insurance plan is accepted and what kind of services are covered prior to scheduling your appointment. Additionally, many insurance plans have limitations, and benefits that go unused in a calendar year are often forfeited, so make sure your coverage will be valid for the time period when your appointment is scheduled.

Ryczek Eye Associates accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, but there may be some instances where your insurance is not accepted or your plan may not cover specific services.

Our optometry services are usually covered by most major insurance providers including Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans, but the extent of your coverage will vary depending on your unique provider and plan. With more than 50 accepted plans, we encourage you to present your insurance information when you call to schedule your appointment so that we can help you confirm the acceptance of your plan.
